Fort Lauderdale, FL – Ahead of the July 4th holiday, fire officials in Fort Lauderdale, FL responded to a fire at a Walmart store. After a group of juveniles set off fireworks in the store, nearby clothing began to catch fire. Fortunately, an employee witnessed the incident and was able to knock out the flames using a portable fire extinguisher before they could spread. When firefighters arrived, they found that the fire was completely extinguished. Although some merchandise was damaged, the fire was contained, and no injuries were reported.
